Description

The new truffle cutter designed by Coltelleria Saladini has  an innovative cutting system, because, unlike the traditional truffle cutters, the thickness of the slice is  adjustable moving  the base of the tool  and not the blade.

This particular mechanism allows a greater precision in the control of the thickness of the slice, as the blade is fixed and does not swing during cutting, like often happens in traditional truffle cutters.

Another important  innovation is the opportunity of having both the smooth and the serrated blade, easily replaceable thanks to a screw fixing.
