Description
The chef’s knife is the most common kitchen knife and it is used both for meat and vegetables. It can be of different sizes but the features are the same: the blade is rigid and sharp, it has a lengthened heel and a clear and resistant cut. It must not be flexible at all to allow cutting the slices with the same thickness from beginning to end. This knife is the classic kitchen knife.
